Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of BookCh by businesses (the "Customer"). The provider is Nevio Santschi, Oberbottigenweg 33a, 3019 Bern ("BookCh").
2. Service
BookCh provides software for online appointment booking. The scope of functions follows from the current description on bookch.app.
3. Demo
The demo serves solely to get to know BookCh. Bookings made in the demo are not binding and are not kept as valid appointments. Productive use requires a Premium subscription.
4. Conclusion of contract
The contract comes into effect when the subscription is taken out. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of their details and for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
5. Prices and payment
The Premium subscription costs CHF 39 per month. The amount is charged monthly in advance via Stripe. There are no setup, staff or booking fees.
6. Term and termination
The subscription runs monthly and can be terminated at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. The full scope of functions remains available until the end of that period. Amounts already paid are not refunded. If the Customer deletes their account, the subscription ends immediately; amounts already paid are not refunded in this case either.
7. Customer obligations
The Customer uses BookCh only for permitted purposes and observes the applicable rules, in particular data protection law towards their own customers.
8. Availability
BookCh is operated with reasonable care. No particular level of availability is guaranteed. Interruptions for maintenance, further development or for reasons outside BookCh's control are reserved.
9. Liability
BookCh is liable for damage caused by intent and gross negligence. Any further liability, in particular for lost profit, missed appointments or data loss, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data processing
For data the Customer records through BookCh about their own customers, BookCh acts as a processor. Details are governed by the privacy policy.
11. Changes
BookCh may amend these terms. Changes are communicated to the Customer and are deemed approved if the Customer continues to use the subscription after the notice.
12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
